第1症例 (Case 1)

臼歯部の着色
治療前の口腔内状態は、全体的にステインの付着あり。歯肉も、僅かに発赤あり。

And, the inter-papillary gum is red and swollen.

スケーリング、PMTC １週間後

- 主訴：
- 左上側切歯の治療
- 現症：

22番は、舌側に傾斜・転移しているが、矯正治療せずに歯冠装着の治療を希望。
21は、前装冠が装着してあった。

左上2番は、根管治療後に、1・2の連結の冠を作成。左右の審美的障害の改善を得た。

左右の中切歯の歯冠長に大きな差がある。
治療方針：歯冠長延長術
