症例1 (Case 1)

- 前歯の前突を主訴。

- 1年10ヶ月
Case 1: Upper prognathia
Upper anterior teeth protrusion was treated with orthodontic braces and an orthodontic implant (SAS, skeletal anchorage system).
No extractions were done. Active treatment time was one year and ten months.
治療後、SAS plate撤去前の状態。
非抜歯で、きれいに配列されている。

症例2 (Case 2)

- 再治療の症例 (Re-treatment case)
- 主訴：
- 過去の矯正治療の再治療
- 経過：

治療期間 2年2ヶ月
他院にて小学校・中学校にかけて小臼歯を抜歯して歯科矯正治療経験あり。
その後次第に前歯の凹凸が再発。
このため再治療を希望し来院。 - 方針：
- 臼歯の位置の修正も必要であったが、既に抜歯されていたためインプラント矯正（SAS）を用いて、非抜歯にて治療完了。
Case 2: Re-treated case
This patient had experienced orthodontic treatment, four premolars extractions at primary and junior high school age.
However, gradually irregularities appeared again.
Treatment consisted of orthodontic braces and orthodontic implant (SAS).
No extractions were done. Treatment time was two years and two months.
