これまでに渡部会診療所で取り扱った、特殊なインプラント治療の症例を紹介しております。インプラント治療を施す際の実際の経過などが、写真などでご覧になれます。

重度の骨不足の方へのインプラント治療症例
A case of implant insertion in a patient with great bone loss
通常のインプラント手術を施すには顎の骨が足りず、インプラント埋入が困難であった方への治療症例です。 今回の症例では「Sinus Lift法」および「GBR法」を採用しています。
This is the case of a patient whose heavy bone loss made it impossible to insert an implant as usual.

Patient who experienced a failed implant (case 1)
過去にインプラントを施した部位へ腫れや痛みが現れた方へ治療を施した際の症例です。
Treatment of a patient who had experienced swelling and pain in the implant area when treated before.

Patient who experience a failed implant (case 2)
治療中のインプラントが不安定になってしまった方へリカバリー治療を施した際の症例です。顎の骨の代わりに頬骨に支持固定を求めるインプラント(Zygomaインプラント)を採用しています。
The case below is the treatment of a patient whose implant became unstable. We used zygoma implant which presents a unique alternative for rehabilitating a severely resorbed maxilla.

上顎総義歯症例
Case of full artificial teeth in the maxilla
上顎全体および下顎の一部の歯が義歯であった方へのインプラント適用症例です。インプラント治療直後、または早期に噛める治療方法（即時加重・早期加重）を採用しています。
The case below is the implant treatment for a patient who had artificial teeth in the whole maxilla and a part of the mandible.
Right after the implant treatment, we adopted the treatment which allows the patient to chew immediately or soon after treatment.

上顎無歯顎で骨が不足した症例のインプラント治療
Treatment for an upper maxillary edentulous jaw
骨不足のためにZygoma implantを使用した症例です。患者様が上下のインプラント歯牙を金冠で統一を希望されたため、すべての上部構造を金冠で作成しました。
This case is a zygoma implant for a patient without adequate bone mass in the maxilla.
The patient requested gold crowns for all upper and lower teeth, so we made the upper structure with gold crowns.

Repair of a failed mandible implant and maxillary full implant treatment.
下顎のインプラントのリカバリー＆上顎の総インプラント治療症例です。上顎の治療にZygoma implantを使用しました。
This case shows the treatment of a failed mandible implant and maxillary full implant treatment. A zygoma implant was used for the maxillary treatment.

Osteoanagenesis around the maxillary cutting tooth and maxillary bone cyst

上顎臼歯部左右１歯欠損症例
Case of replacement of missing maxillary molar teeth on both sides.
左右上顎の歯を抜歯後に、GBR & Sinus Liftを応用したインプラントを施した症例です。
The case shows GBR and sinus lift implant of maxillary teeth on both sides.
