Her first visit was August, 2000, six years ago from today (May 12th, 2006)
治療前の状態 Condition before treatment
（1回目の受診） First visit:
この平成12年の時は、右側上顎4番部が残根状態で、抜歯が必要でした。周囲には、セラミックのブリッジが装着されており、抜歯後の治療は1本義歯を装着することになりました。 下の歯は、数本の欠損がありましたが、ブリッジが装着されておりました。今回の治療は、右側上顎4番部に、1本の義歯を入れました。
When she first visited our office, the root of the #4 tooth of the right side of the maxilla remained. It needed to be pulled. There was a ceramic bridge around #4. There were some teeth missing in the mandible, but no bridges. We replaced the #4 tooth with an artificial tooth.

「私は生まれた時から歯が弱く、そのために痛かったり、歯医者さん通いと歯にはとても苦労しました。今回いよいよ入れ歯を、と覚悟しておりました。「インプラント」をすすめられ、かなり迷いました。手術の際は大変緊張し、術後も痛かったり顔がはれたりで大変でした。でも１年半たった今、硬い物でも食べられ、美味しい食生活を楽しんでおります。」
"I have had sensitive teeth since I was born. They were painful and I had a hard time visiting the dentist. I was resolutely prepared for false teeth this time. The dentist recommended an implant and I was at a loss, but I decided to have it. I was very nervous at the time of surgery, and I had pain and my face was swollen. A year and a half have passed since the treatment and I can chew even hard food and enjoy eating!"
