インプラント治療は、このように行います
Implant treatment proceeds as follows

STEP 1: 受診予約（3医院のどちらかを受診） 所用回数 0回

連絡方法
1. 電話やファックスでの予約
2. サイトからメールでの問い合わせ・予約
3. 携帯サイトからの予約（携帯電話より http://watanabekai.org/ にアクセスして下さい）

＊STEP 2: 来院と受診（診査） 所要回数 1回

予約後、各医院を受診します。予備診査を行います。

＊STEP 3: CT X線予約と治療計画 所要回数 2回

1. 各医院の指定する医療機関で、全身医科仕様CT撮影を行います。
　（一般的な歯科医院用CTでは、頬骨インプラントが適応外になっていますので、撮影が出来ないことがあります。）
2. 撮影されたCT X線や標準X線などを分析し、各個人の治療計画を、計画書として作成します。

＊STEP 4: 手術 所要回数 1〜2回

治療計画に基づいて、手術を行います。
・即加重の場合は、すぐにステップ7に移行します。
・大きなGBR症例やSinus Lift症例、などの場合は、2回の手術が必要の場合があります。

STEP 5: 待機期間

指定された期日、治癒を待ちます。

＊STEP 6: 2次連結術 所要回数 2回

インプラント体を口腔内に連結します。
通常は、初回の手術よりは軽症です。その後、数回の来院後、ステップ7に移行します。

＊STEP 7: 歯の作成所要回数、数回

Step 1: Make an appointment at any of our three clinics.

＊Step 2 : Clinic visitation and examination. (one visit)

After making an appointment you will receive a preliminary examination.

＊Step 3: CT X-ray scan appointment and treatment schedule. (two visits)

1. At a medical facility designated by the clinic, a full-body CT scan will be taken. 　(With the CT used at most dental clinics, zygomatic implants are impossible.)
2. The CT scan and X-rays will be analyzed and each individual's treatment plan will be written up.

＊Step 4: Operation (one or two visits)

The operation will take place in accordance with your treatment plan.
In case of great haste (immediate loading), treatment will move directly to step seven.
Big GBR or sinus lift cases may require a two-stage operation.

Step 5: Waiting

Wait the appointed amount of time for healing.

＊Step 6: Secondary operation. (two visits)

Attachment of implant to jaw.

＊Step 7: Teeth preparation. (several times)
