Our attitude toward implant treatment
①定期的にスウェーデンや外国の国際学会、研修会に出席
Periodical attendance at national and international implant conferences
近代インプラント治療の発祥の地、スウェーデン・イエテボリ大学ブローネマルク・クリニック（ブローネマルク教授、現在は退職）の研修会に参加。 また、EAO(ヨーロッパ インプラント学会)に定期的に参加（理事長はEAOとAOの active memberになっています）。 さらに、４年に1回の国際インプラント学会などに参加しています。
Every year or two , Dr. Watanabe visits Gotheberg in Sweden where scientific implant treatment was begun by Professor Branemark at Gotheberg University. Dr. Watanabe also periodically attends International conferences especially those of the European implant Society. He is an active member of EAO and AO. He attends an international conference on implants once every four years .

This picture was taken at a party on a ship after Dr. Watanabe had first attended a lecture by Professor Branemark in 1988 at Gotheberg, Sweden. This was the first time for him to visit and attend an implant seminar in Sweden. He was strongly impressed with the basic implant course given by Professor Branemark because it was based completely on basic science and bone biology.
②インプラント治療の保証
Implant treatment guarantee
当院では、インプラント治療開始から治療終了後3年間、無償保証を行っています。 ４年目からは、段階的に保証は減少しますが、７年間続き、安心してご使用いただけます。
Our implant treatment is guaranteed for 3 years after implant treatment ends. The guarantee continues after that in decreasing amounts for a total of seven years. This system gives all implant patients peace of mind for the duration of treatment.
③国内でも、早期（1988年）から、インプラント治療開始
We started implant treatment relative early in Japan
これまで、850症例を超える実績があり、国内のブローネマルク・システムインプラントの指導医（渡部好造）になっています。
From 1990 to 2008, for eighteen years, we have handled more than 850 implant cases. Dr. Watanabe has been one of the main instructors of the Branemark System Implant in Japan since 1995.
④手術には、全身管理および無菌室を使用
手術は、1992年より、歯科麻酔医等による静脈内鎮静法を行い、全身管理を行いながら、安全に施行しています。 また、1985年より、手術は無菌室を使用し、クラス100からクラス1000の状態を確保しています。

Since 1992 we operate on implant cases who are under IV sedation administered by a dental anesthesiologist in a bio-clean operation room. We have used the clean room (class 100〜1000) from 1985.

⑤世界基準のブローネマルク・システムのみを使用
We use only the Branemark system implants
1952年、ブローネマルク博士のインプラントの研究開始から13年後の1965年、初めてインプラント治療が開始された。 以来、現在迄40年以上の実績を持つ、世界のインプラント基準、それがブローネマルク・システム インプラントです。
このダントツの実績と高い成功率、そして何より唯一の膨大な研究実績に裏付けられたインプラントしか、使用していません。 当会の、高い成功実績も、こうした先人たちのお陰なのです。
In 1952, Professor Branemark discovered that pure titanium integrates with bone (Later he named this phenomenon "osseo-integration") In 1965, after much scientific study and many animal experiments, he decided to install implants in a human patient who had lost his teeth and alveolar bones in an accident.
Since then, the Branemark System implants have been used successfully on many patients around the world. This is why we have had highly successful treatment rates for many years and have never used any other implant system.
