先日山形に温泉旅行に行ってきました。
上杉神社、白布大滝、山寺などなど、山形を満喫してきました☆
山寺は頂上まで登ったのですが、この日は30℃を超える暑さで
汗だくになってしまいました！笑
でも頂上で見た景色は、緑がいっぱいでとっても癒されました。
頑張って登った後のソフトクリームは、絶妙に美味しかったです！☆
暑さ寒さも彼岸までとよく言いますが、最近めっきり寒くなって、
なかなか布団からでられなくなりました。
季節の変わり目は体調を崩しがちなので、体調管理をしっかりしたいと思います。
